Shipping Policy

Orders will typically be shipped out within 2 business days after receiving order. In addition, please allow 2-6 business days for order to be delivered. If there are any unexpected delays or if items are out of stock, we will inform you through email as soon as possible. Most of our orders will be shipped via USPS and UPS services. If you order multiple items, it is possible you may receive them in separate boxes and on different days. We will provide tracking information for each order via email once order has been handed to the delivery service.


Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel order before it has been shipped out. Once it is transferred to the delivery service, we cannot process cancellation, but you may return the order upon delivery. Please note a service fee may be applied for order cancellations. Therefore, we urge all customers to make sure their shopping cart information is final and correct before placing order.


Product Return & Refund Policy

If the product you received has a defect or does not meet your expectation, you may contact us for a return within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we may ask your reason for returning, which will help us know where we can improve. To process a return, please contact us through email, phone, or fill out a Return Form on our website here.

Although we do our best to securely package each order, products will occasionally be damaged during transit. If the packaging arrives in damaged condition, please check the contents inside, as they may be damaged as well. If the products inside are also damaged, please keep them in your possession and contact us immediately, so we can file a claim with the delivery service. In addition, please provide pictures of the parcel condition for evidence of damage. You will be offered a free replacement or a full refund.

For defective products, please provide pictures to us so we can inform the manufacturer of production issues and improve our product offerings in the future. You will be offered a free replacement or a full refund.

If our product does not meet your expectation, we completely understand, and we hope your next order with us will be satisfactory. Please make sure the product you want to return is in like-new and resalable condition, with its original packaging included in the return parcel. Non-resalable conditions include — but are not limited to — mud, dirt, grease, paint, animal fur, visible scratches, rips, cigarette smoke odor etc., on the returned product that changes its original outer appearance or inner structure which affects its functionality and durability. Products returned in non-resalable condition will not qualify for a refund, so we urge customers to treat the received products with care. For products returned in resalable condition, a 25% restocking fee of the product sale price will be deducted from your refunded amount. Return shipping cost is not included.
