What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, and Apple Pay on supported devices. Additionally, we also accept PayPal and Venmo payments through PayPal services. Our website is integrated with Stripe payments to ensure you a smooth, secure checkout experience.
Do you sell internationally?
Currently, we are only serving customers located in the United States. In the future, it is absolutely our goal to expand our regions of service to bring you our products. Please note that shipping outside of the contiguous United States will incur higher shipping costs — this includes the states of Alaska and Hawaii.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
We know how exciting it is for your order to quickly arrive at your doorstep. Our order processing speed is what sets us apart, and we are proud of it. Shipping out your order within 2 business days is our guarantee, but often it will actually be within 24 hours. Shipping services may usually take additional 2-6 days, depending on the service and distance. Most orders will be delivered successfully within 1 week after order placement.
How do I check my order status?
We will periodically send out email notifications about your order until order completion, including order confirmation, shipped-out notification, and tracking information. If you create an account, you should also be able to see the status of your current order(s) and your order history. Tracking number will be provided once your order has been received by the carrier. I never received my order. What should I do?
Occasionally, parcels become lost during transit. Package thieves are also lurking around. If your order is supposed to have arrived but never shows up at your destination even after a couple days, please contact us immediately and let us know. We will file a claim with the carrier and help you resolve your order situation as quickly as possible.
